National Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Maybelle Manio, is the Managing Director of San Francisco Bay Commercial. She specializes in warehouse & industrial, acquisitions, disposition, and landlord representation offering expertise in multi-family investing,  development and valuation.  Prior to getting into Real Estate on the brokerage side of the business, Maybelle was a Healthcare Finance Executive.

A local to the Bay area for the past 30 years, Manio is most known for her work in government administration, serving as the Small Business Commissioner Chair, and President of the Jefferson County School Board. With a background in finance, Maybelle's strengths lie in accurate valuations and helping her clients net the highest possible return on their investment. She has a true passion for what she does and approaches each transaction as though it were her own investment -- always working to protect her clients interest and seeking the best ways to help them build wealth through intensive and laser focused research, supported by the best advisory, marketing and financing services. She holds a BA from San Francisco University, and Certification in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University, with a core emphasis on Project Management.
